Year-End Recap Of Our Top 3 Trends
It's a short week but we wanted to post a special version of our quick, snackable digi-culture trend brief as a look back at some of our key trends as we move even deeper into the New Era.
Our top 3 patterns we tracked (and will continue) were:
1) deepening and acceleration of not only the wealth gap but other vital social gaps as we see the growing divide between the have's vs have nots, the essential workers vs. WFH crowd, etc
2) change in social order resulting from new narratives and new actions around social and economic justice
3) unusual partnership creation in the market to better service new needs while helping business create a stronger competitive advantage while creating intriguing brand perception
* bonus one: the metaverse beginnings (i.e. digital watch parties, concerts inside gaming, virtual events) - will, vaccine or not, morph in new ways in 2021
These areas are important to track because:
They will become even greater components of cultural intelligence in the year to come (we'll elaborate on this more in our first brief for ya in 2021 so stay tuned!)
This means:
It's going to be about a cool, new blend and balance of being data-rich and culturally intelligent savvy to truly communicate and connect in a new world full of twists and turns.
We're about making sure you know what's new and what's next so you can better connect with and/or understand people and hit your goals.
In the meantime...
No GIF this time, but instead... :-)
