Here's a hot spot for meetings and deal negotiations for the technorati either based in or visiting Hong Kong. Arcane is has a modern European vibe and is run by Shane Osborn who was the first Australian chef to achieve one and two Michelin stars during his time at Pied-a-terre London.  An upscale venue frequently visited by international visitors, Arcane always making the top restaurant lists. Shane recently even introduced a separate vegetarian menu which has changed even his most regular carnivore clients!  He also has a special beef on the menu that comes from Aus where the cows are fed chocolate.  Make your reservations now.
